We are an Anglican and Methodist Local Ecumenical Partnership (LEP) and aim to offer a warm and friendly welcome to everyone.
Our Grade 1 listed church building is one of the finest examples of perpendicular architecture in the country.
There is a Giving Box in the wall to the right of the door as you leave church and a supply of giving envelopes. Cash or cheques (payable to "St Augustine's Church, Skirlaugh") can also be posted in envelopes through Church Cottage door. Thank You!
In addition to the box in St Augustine's there are also boxes in Costcutter, Skirlaugh and outside 6 Old Forge Way in which you can place items for the Food Bank - but cans and packets of food only. Please help if you can.
They will especially welcome sponge pudding, pasta sauce, UHT fruit juice, tinned fruit, tinned tomatoes, tinned meat and coffee. They have plenty of baked beans and soup.
